Front Desk Receptionist

Founded in 1973 on a dirt lot in Hebron, Ohio, RCD RV has since grown to be one of Ohio's leading RV dealerships with 3 locations outside of Columbus, Ohio. Our receptionists are the heartbeat of our company keeping families camping and creating life long memories by creating a positive first impression with every customer! We are willing to train and develop an individual that will be the perfect fit for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all phone calls are answered within the first 3 rings and delivered to the correct person.
• Maintain office supplies, send daily mail, and assist with duties needing done from other departments.
• Make every customer smile and feel comfortable whether that is on the phone or when they enter our showroom.

• Punctuality – To be early is to be on time, to be on time is to be late and to be late is to be forgotten.
• Hustle - The receptionist moves fast and accomplishes a lot of daily tasks
