We are seeking a skilled CNC Cutter Grinding Machinist to join our dynamic team in Woburn, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality cutting tools. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC cutter grinding machines to produce cutting tools according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC machinist, specifically with cutter grinding machines.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
