Job description

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team at Caesura operating out of Rayland Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages according to company standards.
  • Serve and prepare breakfast foods, maintaining quality and presentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
Skills amp; Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
  • Ability to prepare and serve breakfast foods.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and weekends.
