Responsibilities:ย
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the highest quality of food presentation and flavor consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in menu planning and development with the culinary team.
- Adapt to changing demands and assist in various kitchen stations as needed.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Food Handlerโs Certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
