About the Role

We're seeking a Quantitative Analyst to research and develop trading strategies for our AI-powered platform. You'll combine statistical analysis with financial theory to identify alpha-generating opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Research and develop quantitative trading strategies
• Analyze market data to identify patterns and opportunities
• Build statistical models for risk assessment and portfolio optimization
• Backtest strategies and evaluate their performance
• Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize models
• Monitor live strategies and optimize their performance

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of quantitative research or trading experience
• Strong background in statistics, mathematics, or physics
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries (pandas, numpy)
• Experience with backtesting frameworks and simulation
• Understanding of market microstructure and trading mechanics

Nice to Have

• Experience with cryptocurrency markets
• Knowledge of options pricing and derivatives
• Experience with alternative data sources
