Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) Analyste Financier pour une entreprise phare et en pleine croissance dans le domaine de la santé, service aux particuliers ayant des bureaux partout au Canada. Actuellement engagée dans une phase de stabilisation et de saines opérations, la structure s'appuie sur des processus rigoureux et des outils technologiques de pointe déjà bien ancrés. Dans le cadre de développement, l'employeur recherche un(e) professionnel(le) autonome, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un leadership naturel pour rejoindre les bureaux corporatifs à Sherbrooke. Malgré tout, la personne devra communiquer fréquemment avec les employés situés dans les bureaux ailleurs qu'au Québec et ce, en anglais.

Se rapportant au Contrôleur, les principales responsabilités seront:
Analyses de performance et gestion de portefeuille
● Prendre en charge l'analyse financière complète des marges et des indicateurs de performance clés (KPIs) pour un portefeuille attitré de succursales
● Superviser les calculs de commissions et participer au traitement des paies des partenaires.
● Produire des analyses de variances approfondies, assurer le suivi des dépenses d'exploitation et soutenir l'équipe interne dédiée aux stocks ainsi qu'à la division produit.
États financiers et cycle comptable
● Collaborer activement à la préparation et à la production des états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels du réseau.
● Procéder à la consolidation et à l'analyse des états financiers (bilan et P&L) par section stratégique (gestion des loyers, marketing, etc.) pour l’ensemble du groupe.
● Effectuer les réconciliations de grand livre et veiller au strict respect des normes comptables (NCECF) et des échéanciers de clôture.
Partenariat d'affaires et amélioration continue
● Agir en tant que partenaire d'affaires et point de contact financier privilégié pour la direction, les gestionnaires de succursales et les départements connexes.
● Participer activement à l'optimisation et à la documentation des contrôles internes et des processus opérationnels en maximisant l'utilisation du système ERP et des outils d'automatisation des comptes payables (AP Automation).
Possédez-vous les compétences requises ?
- Bac en comptabilité ou domaine connexe
- Titre professionnel CPA ou en voie d'obtention (fort atout)
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Expérience en audit au sein d'un cabinet comptable (atout important)
- Bonne maîtrise d'Excel
- Anglais professionnelle - la personne devra collaborer avec d'autres collègues et fonctions commerciales situés hors du Québec qui ne parlent pas français et leur fournir le support nécessaire
