Job description

Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the hospital. Provides leadership, direction, coordination, and administration to staff. Collaborates with the senior team to achieve goals and objectives that align with the strategic direction of the organization. Responsible for the organization's financial performance. Acts in the best interests of the organization and fully supports the mission, vision, and values. Master's degree in health administration, business administration or related field required. FACHE preferred. Minimum of 5 years' progressive healthcare experience in a senior leadership position.

About the Community and Service Region:
Asheboro is the county seat and geographic center of Randolph County. There are over 130,000 people in Randolph County which is located in central North Carolina in the rolling hills of the Piedmont region and near the Uwharrie National Forest.
