What You Will Do

As a Raley's Service Agent I (English/Spanish), you will provide customer service in a manner which increases customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and maximizes customer long-term value to Raley's. In this role, you will work temporarily in the Raley's Service Center and strive to provide polite and tactful responses to customer contacts by a variety of communication channels.

• You will perform accurate and thorough entry of customer contact data into the database.
• You will answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle praise and complaints regarding the organization's products or services. 
• You will demonstrate your genuine desire to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Skills & Abilities

• Must have open availability 7 days/week from 8am-8pm
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
• Work is completed on-site at the Raley's Distribution Center
• Discern issues and provide solutions.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• be reliable
• Open availability to work any day in the week/weekend
• Experience utilizing social media is helpful
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software applications 
• Impressive telephone, email and social media etiquette

Physical Demands - Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:

• Sitting; frequent sedentary work.
• Telephone usage to communicate with internal and external customers, and vendors.
• Viewing computer monitor; average ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare documents, enter data into computer system and read reports from computer monitor.
• Keyboarding; use of fingers to make small movements such as typing and mouse usage.
