    Job Details
  • Provides care to 13,000 patients each year and treats more than 50,000 patients in its emergency room.
  • Offers a wide range of surgical services including da Vinci Robotic Surgery, Spine, Orthopaedic, Vascular, Thoracic, Interventional Pain Management, Interventional Cardiology, Gynecological, General, Oral, Urological, Eye, Trauma/Emergency Services.
  • Position Information: RN in Endoscopy specialty with 1 opening.
  • Must have experience with EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, Bronchoscopy, and feeding tube placements.
  • Common Diagnosis/Treatment related to Endoscopy.
  • Personality Fit: Dependable, hard working, team player, professional.
  • Required Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in WV.
    Job Requirements
  • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS.
  • Registered Nurse License required in West Virginia.
  • Endoscopy experience of at least 2 years (higher value between 1+ and 2+ years).
    Schedule Information
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
  • Weekend hours: Every Other/As needed.
  • Call requirements: On Call/As needed.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit: Endoscopy GI (Cost Center 463173301).
  • Number of beds: 4.
  • Patient population: Adult and Geriatric.
  • EHR system: Meditech.
  • Supervisor: Endoscopy Manager.
  • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS.
  • Years of experience: 2+ in Endoscopy specialty.
  • Must have skills/experience: Endoscopy procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, Bronchoscopy, feeding tube placements.
    Additional Details
  • Orientation is biweekly, on Wednesdays.
  • Local Rate applies for candidates 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel.
  • Float requirements: As needed.
  • Dress Code: Navy Blue scrubs or hospital OR scrubs; casual wear unacceptable.
