The Wig Stylist Assistant supports the wig stylist by providing essential help in washing, blow drying, and styling both synthetic and human hair wigs. Working in a salon environment, the assistant operates with moderate independence using standard styling tools to ensure wigs are clean, well-maintained, and styled to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize wigs according to hygiene standards
• Blow dry wigs safely and effectively
• Assist in styling wigs under the guidance of the wig stylist
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of styling tools and work area
• Provide basic customer support related to wig care and maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in cosmetology or hair styling
• Familiarity with hair styling techniques
• Knowledge of proper wig care and maintenance
