Rags Too Riches Records LLC is seeking a Website Developer to help build and maintain engaging, high-performing web experiences.
Position Summary
As a Website Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain websites that align with business goals and deliver an excellent user experience. You’ll work across the lifecycle—from concept and layout through implementation, testing, and ongoing improvements—ensuring our web presence is fast, accessible, and reliable.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented developer who enjoys creating clean, maintainable code and collaborating with internal stakeholders to turn ideas into functional, polished web features.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain website features using established coding practices, ensuring strong performance and maintainability
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into responsive, user-friendly web experiences
Implement and refine page layouts, navigation, and interactive elements to improve usability and engagement
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure site functionality, cross-browser compatibility, and consistent performance
Monitor website health and contribute to continuous optimization initiatives
Required Qualifications
Proven experience developing and maintaining websites in a professional setting
Strong understanding of front-end development concepts, responsive design, and web usability principles
Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and ensure code quality through testing and review
Familiarity with version control workflows and collaborative development practices
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating web features with content management and data-driven elements
Knowledge of accessibility standards and techniques for building inclusive web experiences
Experience optimizing site performance (load times, responsiveness, and stability)
Ability to contribute to UI/UX improvements based on feedback and observed user needs
Compensation
Annual salary: $83,570.00
