What You'll Do:

• Walk neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and build trust face-to-face
• Guide homeowners through their storm restoration process (no ladders, no inspections!)
• Use tech and photos (captured by our inspectors) to present and close
• Own the first impression of the Radical brand and set up inspections
• Think of it like marketing + consulting + confidence building-all in one.

What You Get:

• Base pay of $2,200/month so you never start from zero
• Bonuses per approved project: $150-$250 each
• Appointment Bonus: $50 per held appointment
• First-year income potential: $45K-75K
