Job description

Radical Renovations LLC located in King of Prussia, PA is currently seeking an experienced residential carpenters and project manages to continue the growth of this highly desirable renovation company in the Bala Cynwyd, Penn Valley, Gladwyne, Villanova, Bryn Mawr and surrounding areas.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Complete assignments in a timely fashion with little supervision; ask for additional information when tasks or assignments are unclear and support the daily plan.
  • Interprets drawings to install and removing materials.
  • Follow safety procedures and understand.
  • Promote clean, safe work practices by watching over other employees while performing work.
  • Follow quality control (QC) program, understand construction tolerances, and report any quality defects immediately.

Qualifications
  • Five years of carpentry experience in residential construction.  
  • Ability to travel to project sites throughout the United States at the direction of the Owner.
  • Ability to climb and perform tasks at heights on wood framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
