This internship is ideal for someone currently enrolled in college or university who’s passionate about nightlife, music festivals, EDM, concerts, and social media.

Do you love creating content that makes people stop scrolling, laugh, and then hit download? Are you on top of TikTok trends before they go mainstream? If so - this internship might be for you 😎

Radiate is looking for a TikTok & Instagram-focused intern to help us grow our presence and turn views into users! You’ll be working closely with our team in LA to create 2–4 engaging short-form videos per week, interact with our community, and help shape how Radiate shows up online.

🎥 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Filming and editing content for TikTok and IG Reels (2–4 vids/week)
• Jumping on trends and coming up with original ideas for viral content
• Helping manage comments, DMs, and community reactions
• Testing creative hooks, formats, and themes that align with Radiate’s voice
• Collaborating with our team on growth strategies tied to the content you create

💰 Bonus: Earn extra $$$ for any video that hits 100K+ views.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Creative, experimental, and excited to try new content formats
• You go out - and love social energy IRL
• Someone who’s comfortable on camera (if/when your idea calls for it)
• Familiar with Radiate or excited to dive into it

📍 Location & Schedule:

• 2 days a week, 6 hours per day or 3 days a week 4 hours per day.
• Preferably our office in West Hollywood LA
• Start: ASAP through August/September (but we're flexible!)
• This is an in-person, paid internship (wfh days can be discussed)
• This is paid, we cover your lunch + transit, and you might join us at some festivals/events we work with 🎉
