Radiant Health Acupuncture is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Acupuncturist to join our growing team in Suffolk, Virginia. This full-time role requires individuals with a strong background in acupuncture who are passionate about integrating holistic healing practices into patient care. Work Environment

Located in the scenic city of Suffolk, Virginia, Radiant Health Acupuncture operates from an outpatient office setting that emphasizes patient comfort and engagement. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, ensuring a work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patients across two locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive acupuncture treatments, utilizing a variety of tools such as needles, cups, ear balls, seeds, and pellets, tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients on lifestyle interventions, including but not limited to meditation, nutrition, exercise, and stress management techniques to support their health journey.
• Perform thorough evaluations of physical findings and medical histories to accurately diagnose conditions based on principles of Oriental medicine.
• Develop and adjust customized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress and modifying approaches as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Utilize adjunct therapies, including heat or cold applications, to enhance the treatment experience and patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, including those seeking relief from chronic pain, stress-related disorders, and various other health issues. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with preference given to candidates who have completed a Master's degree in acupuncture or oriental medicine from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice acupuncture in Virginia.
• Board certification through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• U.S. Citizenship is required, with adherence to Selective Service registration for applicable males.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in acupuncture practice.
• Experience utilizing adjunct therapies such as cupping and nutritional counseling.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between $66,757 and $104,996 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
