Job Summary:
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Wound Care Nurse to join our team at RYZE West in Chicago, Illinois. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality wound care to our residents, promoting healing and preventing complications. Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate wound care needs for residents
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans, including debridement, dressing changes, and other treatments
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Provide education and support to residents and their families
Maintain accurate and detailed records of wound care treatment and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve wound care outcomes
Maintain a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse
RN Required
