A major focus of this role will be building and maintaining long-term recruiting partnerships with local colleges, high schools, workforce development programs, and community agencies to create strong pipelines of future employees. This person will play a key role in strengthening RSI's presence in the community while developing creative and meaningful ways to connect people with career opportunities.
This position also includes marketing and outreach responsibilities, including assisting with recruiting campaigns, social media content, job advertisements, and other strategies that help promote RSI Community as an employer of choice.
We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who is energetic, organized, creative, and genuinely passionate about helping people find meaningful work. No prior HR or recruiting experience is necessary - we will train the right person. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, confident communicating with others, and motivated by the mission behind what we do.
Because this role focuses heavily on community outreach and partnership development, and the ability to drive your own personal vehicle are required, as local travel will be a regular part of the position.
If you've ever considered transitioning into HR or recruiting and want an opportunity to help build something rather than simply maintain it, this role is worth a conversation. Join us and help create pathways that connect great people with meaningful careers.
