Job description

We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and community-minded Community Outreach Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and representing an organization in the community. No prior outreach experience is required-training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the organization at community events, outreach programs, and promotional activities
  • Engage with community members and provide information about programs, services, and initiatives
  • Build positive relationships with customers, community partners, and local organizations
  • Promote programs, services, and community initiatives
  • Assist with event planning, setup, coordination, and follow-up
  • Distribute informational and promotional materials
  • Gather feedback and communicate community needs to the appropriate team
  • Maintain accurate outreach records and track engagement
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach goals
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with new people
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, volunteer, or community experience is a plus but not required
