RESTAURANT SERVER

Grill 1901, Lucedale’s newest restaurant, is looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent service with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Follow all service standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
