RRA Security Services is currently hiring Licensed Security Officers (Class D License Required) to join our growing team in Miami, Florida.

At RRA Security Services, our mission is to provide professional, reliable, and customer-focused security services. We proudly serve schools, commercial properties, residential communities, construction sites, healthcare facilities, shopping centers, and other clients throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned property and maintain a visible security presence.

• Monitor entrances and exits.

• Report incidents, accidents, and suspicious activity.

• Complete daily activity reports.

• Respond to emergencies and contact law enforcement when necessary.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and visitors.

• Enforce site rules and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required)

• High school diploma or GED

• Reliable transportation

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation:

Starting at **$15.00 per hour and up**, based on experience, qualifications, and assigned post.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Day Shift

• Evening Shift

• Overnight Shift

• Weekend availability may be required.
