  • 3+ years experience in an Independent Agency (IA channel),<\/strong> personal lines account management<\/li>
  • Deep knowledge of carriers, coverage forms, and rating practices<\/li>
  • Active P&C License<\/li>
  • Life License preferred<\/li>
  • Proficiency in the agency's management system, AMS360, and Microsoft Office<\/li>
  • Exceptional communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through<\/li>
  • Ability to manage renewals and retention strategies<\/li>
  • A genuine care for people \u2014 you enjoy Championing Relationships and Getting It Done right<\/li>

    • You\u2019ll serve as an advisor and advocate<\/strong> for a portfolio of personal lines clients, ensuring each household receives proactive, exceptional service<\/li>
    • You\u2019ll manage renewals, coverage changes, and retention with confidence while leveraging your product knowledge to identify gaps, improve protection, and deliver peace of mind<\/li>
    • You'll leverage the tools available to you to offer options, add additional lines, and retain our existing book of business<\/li><\/ul>

      Day-to-Day Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Manage a book of personal lines business with attention and care<\/li>
      • Proactively review renewals and negotiate with carriers to ensure competitive coverage\/pricing and present options to insureds<\/li>
      • Analyze coverage and compare\/present options to insureds<\/li>
      • Build long-term client relationships through consultative conversations and responsiveness<\/li>
      • Assist clients with new policies, changes, and claims with empathy and urgency<\/li>
      • Educate clients on coverage options and risk prevention strategies<\/li>
      • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and rounding out accounts<\/li>
      • Partner with team, agency leadership, and underwriters to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction<\/li>
      • Remain current on carrier appetite, market trends, and technology tools<\/li>
      • Work with high-net-worth clients on their growing portfolio of assets<\/li>
