  • 1+ years\u2019 experience in an Independent Agency (IA channel),<\/strong> Personal Lines.<\/li>
  • Deep knowledge of carriers, coverage forms, and quoting\/billing procedures.<\/li>
  • Active P&C License.<\/li>
  • Proficiency in the agency's management system, AMS360, and Microsoft Office.<\/li>
  • Exceptional communication, organization,, and follow-through.<\/li>

    As a Support Account Manager, you\u2019ll partner closely with our Account Managers to deliver a seamless client experience. You\u2019ll play a key role in keeping workflows moving, supporting client needs, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the policy lifecycle.<\/p>

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>

    • Assist Account Managers with quoting and building coverage options with carriers<\/li>
    • Manage the execution of changes in carrier placement by handling the cancellation and issuing of remarkets and new lines of coverage<\/li>
    • Assist Insureds with policy changes, endorsements, and related questions with empathy and urgency<\/li>
    • Remain current on carrier coverages, processes, and billing changes<\/li>
    • Build long-term client relationships through consultative conversations and responsiveness<\/li>
    • Communicate with carriers and Insureds to ensure timely completion of underwriting requests<\/li>
    • Ensure accuracy and documentation within agency systems<\/li>
    • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience<\/li>
