RNK Customer Support Representative must be a highly motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual with an exceptional level of personal integrity. Successful candidates will have a willingness to develop product expertise and strong rapport with customer base. Individual must be goal oriented, self-confident, willing and able to work within a team.
RNK Customer Support Representative will work closely with Management. Responsibilities include:
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service in the performance of role
- Internal and external
- Working toward attainment of weekly sales goals
- Completing task list as assigned by Manager
- Increasing familiarity with product lines/product line additions
Daily tasks include:
- Contacting existing customers as assigned. Re:
- Back-order list/upsell
- Update spreadsheet
- New product introductions
- Quarterly promotion information
- Back-order list/upsell
- Answering customer calls/email
- Update retailer contact information
- Report to Management:
- Reported product issues
- Sales results
- Key market information
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
$16/hour - based on experience
