JOBDESCRIPTION:
Experience with individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax clients, including reviewing and signing of tax returns. Providing clients with tax-related projections and consulting as needed, along with general tax planning. Working as a part of a team to solve problems, do research, and complete projects timely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ReviewU.S.andmulti-stateincometaxreturnsforbusinessentities,includingCcorporations,S-Corporations,partnerships,andfiduciaryreturns.
- ReviewU.S.andstateindividualincomeandgifttaxreturns.
- Preparetaxprojectionsforindividualandbusinessclients.
- Conducttaxresearchasneeded.
- Communicatewithexistingclientsandcolleaguesregardingvarioustaxmatters.
- Engageinconsultingandspecialprojectsasrequestedbyclients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+yearsofrelevanttaxexperience.
- CPALicensepreferred,butEAwouldbeconsidered.
- Experience with Ultra Tax Virtual Office required.
- ExperiencewithNHtaxlawpreferable.
- Abilitytoworkwellindependentlyandwithateam.
- ProficientwithQuickBooksandtrialbalancesoftware.
- Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
- Strongattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills.
- Abilitytomeetdeadlineswhilehandlingmultipleclientprojectsinafast-pacedenvironment.
