Lead by Example at RM Steel Buildings
RM Steel Buildings is looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager who believes in leading from the front. This is not a position for someone who sits in a truck or simply supervises from the sidelines. We are looking for a working manager who is willing to get their hands dirty, work alongside the crew, and set the standard for quality, productivity, and safety.

Responsibilities
Manage daily job site operations from start to finish.
Lead construction crews by working alongside them when needed.
Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets company standards.
Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Conduct daily safety meetings and communicate project expectations.
Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.
Maintain communication with project managers, customers, and office staff.
Operate construction equipment and tools as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of construction experience preferred.
Previous experience leading construction crews or managing job sites.
Strong knowledge of steel building construction is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Valid driver's license required.
CDL is a plus.
