Job Description
RM Racing Electronics is looking for an ambitious, independent, and entrepreneurial Sales & Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, develop new partnerships, and increase sales.
We design and manufacture automotive electronics and engine management products for performance and motorsport applications. We are looking for someone who understands the automotive performance market and is excited about helping build something with significant long-term potential.
This is not a traditional sales position where you simply follow a script or wait for leads. We want someone who can identify opportunities, create relationships, develop new ideas, and take ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact automotive influencers, content creators, tuners, workshops, dealers, and performance-parts businesses
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and affiliates
- Develop influencer marketing and product-collaboration opportunities
- Generate new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, partnerships, and creative marketing
- Help expand our dealer, installer, tuner, and affiliate network
- Follow up with leads and potential customers professionally
- Research new markets, communities, platforms, and promotional opportunities
- Work with management to develop practical strategies for increasing brand awareness and sales
- Track outreach, partnerships, leads, and sales results
- Represent RM Racing Electronics professionally within the automotive industry
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in sales, marketing, business development, influencer outreach, or partnerships
- Understands automotive performance parts, tuning, motorsport, or modified vehicles
- Ideally has experience with engine management systems, standalone ECUs, EFI systems, tuning software, or automotive electronics
- Has a strong entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for instructions
- Is independent, organized, and comfortable managing their own schedule
- Sets personal goals and takes responsibility for achieving them
- Is professional, approachable, easygoing, and easy to work with
- Communicates confidently by email, phone, social media, and video calls
- Is motivated by performance and wants the opportunity to earn more by producing stronger results
- Is interested in growing with a developing company and potentially taking on greater responsibility as the business expands

Compensation
