RIMOWA Americas seeks a dynamic Brand Activation Manager based in New York City to elevate the Maison through exceptional brand experiences and activations. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Americas, this role will lead the execution of luxury brand activations, retail marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Job responsibilities

Brand Experiences & Activations

Bring RIMOWA's brand positioning to life through exceptional experiences and activations across the Americas.

• Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, including product launches, flagship store openings, brand experiences, hospitality programs and cultural activations that strengthen RIMOWA's desirability and generate meaningful engagement with press, creators, KOLs and clients.
• Develop innovative activation concepts aligned with global campaigns and local business priorities, overseeing execution from creative development and production through on-site management and post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with PR & Influence, Media, Retail and CRM teams to deliver integrated marketing moments.
• Continuously identify opportunities to elevate RIMOWA's brand experiences and reinforce the Maison's luxury positioning.

Retail Marketing

Support the growth of RIMOWA's retail network through localized marketing initiatives and premium in-store experiences.

• Lead marketing support for flagship store openings and key retail milestones, while partnering with regional teams on additional store openings across the Americas.
• Develop local marketing initiatives tailored to individual stores and markets.
• Create and manage retail marketing assets including luggage tag personalization, sticker collections, gifting tools and other client-facing initiatives.
• Partner with Retail, CRM and Visual Merchandising teams to support in-store activations and key retail moments.
• Identify opportunities to increase store visibility and local relevance through marketing initiatives.

Partnerships & Collaborations

Support the development and execution of strategic partnerships that enhance RIMOWA's visibility and cultural relevance.

• Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to identify, evaluate and develop partnership opportunities aligned with regional marketing priorities and brand objectives.
• Lead the planning and execution of partnership activations, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, external partners and agencies.
• Support marketing initiatives with premium malls, luxury hotels, cultural institutions, travel partners and other like-minded organizations.

Project Management

Lead the successful delivery of brand activations through strong planning, organization and cross-functional collaboration.

• Manage activation budgets, timelines and project plans across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Retail, PR & Influence, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Operations and HQ to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage external agencies, production partners and vendors to deliver best-in-class brand activations and experiences.
• Lead project status meetings, proactively identify risks and ensure key milestones are delivered on time.
• Develop and continuously improve processes and tools that enhance marketing execution across the Americas.
• Track project outcomes, consolidate learnings and recommend improvements to future activations.
