RIKAS Hospitality Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead the Key Biscayne Private Member Club from pre-opening through grand opening and beyond. You will oversee operations across dining, beach, wellness, racquet sports, events, and member services in a luxury setting.
The role requires a track record of 10+ years in luxury hospitality, with full P&L ownership and proven pre-opening leadership. You will build a high-performing team and establish elite service standards for UHNW members.
