Job description
Chez MASKA, le marketing RH va bien au-delà des affiches de recrutement.
Il sert à créer du sens, à bâtir une marque employeur forte et à faire vivre une culture cohérente à travers un environnement multisites en constante évolution.
On cherche une personne capable de penser stratégiquement, structurer les communications et livrer concrètement, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH, le marketing et la direction.

Ton quotidien chez MASKA :
- Déployer des stratégies marketing RH 360 (marque employeur, recrutement, communications internes, contenus RH);
- Planifier et coordonner les campagnes annuelles de recrutement;
- Structurer et animer les communications internes
(intranet, Facebook interne, communications de la direction, événements internes); - Développer et faire évoluer la marque employeur MASKA;
- Planifier et coordonner des événements RH porteurs de sens
(reconnaissance, mobilisation, activités employés, soirée des fêtes, etc.); - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH, la direction et le marketing;
- Assurer le suivi des actions RH, analyser les résultats et recommander des optimisations.

Ton profil idéal :
- 5 à 8 ans d’expérience pertinente en marketing RH;
- Baccalauréat en marketing, en administration des affaires (profil marketing) ou toute autre formation et expérience justifiables jugées équivalentes;
- Excellente maîtrise des stratégies de marque employeur et de recrutement;
- Solide expérience en communications internes structurées;
- Expérience en gestion de projets et coordination d’événements;
- Aisance à travailler avec plusieurs parties prenantes internes;
- Autonomie, jugement et bon sens politique;
- Aisance avec les médias sociaux et les communications numériques;
- Capacité à créer du contenu (vidéo, rédaction, storytelling RH, outils de communication) : un atout;
- Profil intermédiaire à senior.
