Viking Aggregates is hiring an Overnight Plant Operator to help keep our aggregate operations running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor plant equipment
- Perform basic maintenance and servicing
- Keep the plant and worksite clean and safe
- Complete daily reports and documentation
- Help ensure materials and equipment are properly maintained
- Follow all safety and MSHA requirements
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Schedule
- 6:00PM -6:00AM, 6 nights/week (Sunday night - Saturday morning)
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred
- Construction, aggregate, or plant experience is a plus
- Ability to safely operate equipment and follow instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be 18+
- Must be willing to work overnight hours and weekends when needed
- Bilingual skills are a plus
