Residential Supervisor
$24.00 - $25.50 per hour | Lancaster, MA

We're looking for a Residential Supervisor who's ready to bring energy, creativity, and heart to our youth service team. If you're dependable, motivated, and love being part of a mission-driven organization - we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
A Residential Supervisor is an individual who has direct care responsibility on his/her assigned shift but is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
  • Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule.
  • Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
  • Supervision of assigned direct care staff.

Qualifications/Physical Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment
  • Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in related Human Service Field
  • One year minimum residential experience

Shift: Full-time, 40 hrs. Backend
