The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires effective planning, management, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Manage budgets and control project costs
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Implement quality control procedures throughout the project
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction project management
