Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Resolve Wellness is hiring a licensed Mental Health Therapist to deliver direct clinical services across our Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient programs. You will work with adults facing substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring/dual diagnosis mental health conditions as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Columbus, Ohio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy across IOP, PHP, and outpatient levels of care
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for SUD and dual diagnosis clients
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups (relapse prevention, coping skills, mental health)
  • Apply evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, MI, and trauma-informed approaches
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support staff for integrated care
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)
  • Support transitions between levels of care and coordinate aftercare planning
  • Remain compliant with HIPAA, ODMHAS regulations, and agency standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active Ohio license: LCDC II, LSW, or LCDC III โ€” required
  • Hands-on experience with IOP, PHP, and/or outpatient SUD treatment settings
  • Clinical experience with co-occurring/dual diagnosis populations
  • Working knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based treatment practices
  • Proficiency with EHR/clinical documentation systems
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
