We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Combo & Frame Technician who can handle collision repairs from structural/frame work through bodywork, paint preparation, and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision and structural repairs
• Operate frame machine and perform frame pulls
• Measure and straighten frames and unibody structures
• Repair and replace frame rails, aprons, quarter panels, radiator supports, and structural components
• Perform welding, cutting, sectioning, and panel replacement
• Repair and replace fenders, doors, bumpers, hoods, and other body panels
• Perform dent repair and bodywork
• Apply body filler and properly shape repaired areas
• Check panel gaps, body alignment, and structural measurements
• Sand, prime, and prepare vehicles for paint
• Perform paint blending and refinishing when needed
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles during repairs
• Inspect completed repairs for safety, quality, and proper fitment
• Complete assigned vehicles efficiently from start to finish

Requirements

• 3+ years professional auto body and collision repair experience preferred
• Frame machine and structural repair experience required
• Strong welding and panel replacement skills
• Experience repairing both conventional frames and unibody vehicles
• Must understand frame measurements, pulls, and alignment
• Bodywork and paint-preparation experience required
• Painting experience is a strong plus
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be dependable, productive, and detail-oriented
• Experience with heavily damaged collision vehicles preferred

We are looking for a true combo/frame technician who can take a damaged vehicle, perform structural and frame repairs, replace panels, complete the bodywork, prepare the vehicle for paint, and help deliver a clean finished repair.
