You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.
Advantages of being an Independent Consultant for R3C include:
• Comprehensive crisis response trainings
• Flexible schedule, work on case-by-case basis
• Personalized support
• Simple electronic reporting via our mobile app

Requirements
• Independently licensed in the State of Kansas (LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW or Psychologist)
• Fluent in Spanish
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.
