The CDL Class A Hazmat with TWICK driver is responsible for safely transporting mixed cargo, including hazardous materials, using company-owned trucks. This role requires strict adherence to TWIC compliance and regulatory standards, along with occasional overnight travel. Operating primarily as a solo driver within a delivery team, the driver ensures timely and secure freight delivery while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Transport hazardous and mixed cargo safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with TWIC security protocols and Hazmat regulations
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and maintain logbooks
• Plan and navigate routes to meet delivery schedules
• Monitor safety and cargo handling procedures throughout transit
• Maintain accurate records to comply with transportation regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial truck driving experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL Class A license
• Hazmat endorsement
• Possession of TWIC card

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of hazmat safety procedures
• Familiarity with TWIC security protocols
• Proficient in route navigation and vehicle inspection
• Experienced in logbook management and time management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
