The Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising a small team of up to 10 workers on residential construction projects. This role ensures site safety, coordinates schedules, maintains quality control, and manages both materials and equipment to keep projects running smoothly. The Foreman acts as the key liaison with subcontractors and reports on project progress while strictly adhering to compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of up to 10 construction workers
• Ensure site safety and enforce safety compliance protocols
• Coordinate project schedules using scheduling software and manual methods
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the construction process
• Manage material procurement and equipment use on-site
• Monitor compliance with regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong skills in project management and construction scheduling
• Proven ability in team leadership and time management
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety compliance and budgeting in construction
