Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient scheduling and communication between customers and our field technicians. You will be responsible for coordinating service calls, managing technician/installer/sales representatives’ schedules, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments efficiently.
• Dispatch technicians to job sites based on location, skill set, and urgency.
• Maintain communication with technicians throughout the day to ensure timely service.
• Update customer records and service details in our dispatch system.
• Handle emergency service requests with a sense of urgency.
• Provide customers with estimated arrival times and service updates.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or scheduling preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve on the go.
• Knowledge of garage door services, cabinet installation, and flooring is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently alone and with the team.
