We are seeking motivated, results-driven remote inside sales representatives to join our dynamic team to play a pivotal role in growing your potential while growing our business. 
Job Summary:
As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for using our proprietary tools to recruit small-business prospects. You’ll convince them to use the very tools that motivated them to respond to our outreach.You’ll convince them to use QueueLeads to generate additional revenue for their own business. 

Responsibilities:

• With guidance, organize potential lead lists by business category.  

• Using our tools, set up multiple approaches for each business category.

• Set QueueLeads tools in motion, including automated outgoing calls, follow-up texts, and emails.

• Be responsive to all levels of interest. 

• Qualify leads and build relationships by demonstrating our products/services to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

• By providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns, build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales or equivalents, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Self-motivation, with a targeted approach, and a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
