Key Responsibilities:
• Architect complex contact center solutions
• Create strategic infrastructure improvements
• Guide engineering teams in technical development
• Collect and document user requirements effectively
• Monitor systems and optimize performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 6-8 years in financial services technology roles
• 5+ years in enterprise-level implementations
• 3-5 years focusing on contact center technologies
• Expert knowledge of Genesys Cloud and Decagon
