Pay: $18–$25 per hour (Based on Experience)
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and motivated In-House Appointment Setter to join our growing team in Miami Beach. This is an on-site position for someone who enjoys speaking with people, following up with prospects, and helping drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads
- Follow up with existing inquiries and warm prospects
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Communicate professionally with prospects and clients
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
Qualifications
- Previous appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Professional phone presence
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable and dependable attendance
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to work on-site in Miami Beach
Compensation
- $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience
