Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that employ various therapeutic techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and increase mobility.
• Administer treatments in accordance with the established plans, constantly adjusting therapies based on patient feedback and progress.
• Document patient treatments, including responses and progress toward therapeutic goals, in compliance with organizational and state guidelines.
• Guide patients in using assistive devices and provide training for self-care and ambulation as necessary.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on care plans with other healthcare professionals.
• Stay current with industry practices by attending educational workshops and participating in professional networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists are trained to address a variety of conditions such as post-surgical recovery, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to adapt to various situations and demonstrate flexibility in treatment approaches.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
