Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Solutions Manager leads a team of Supply Chain Solutions Leads that are the primary liaison between key account team’s and supply chain for all activities involving supply chain integration. This involves developing insights related to forecasts and processes to support event-based movement related to promotional activity, new product placement, seasonality, and increased points of distribution. Additionally, the Supply Chain Solutions Manager will represent the KeHE supply chain organization to the account team and facilitate seamless integration between customer and KeHE order management processes & systems. Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years leading and developing teams with at least 5 years of overall experience in various supply chain roles.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex issues to multiple levels of the organization.
- Outstanding analytic skills with demonstrated success organizing, analyzing, and accurately interpreting large amounts of data.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support role.
- Forecasting/planning in a high sku, slow movement environment.
- Prior experience using advanced planning systems such as JDA Demand, SAP/APO, Manhattan, etc. strongly preferred.
- Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills.
- Capable of influencing & educating key account team on supply chain and forecasting success
- Strong working knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting techniques as well as operational systems and warehouse management.
- Ability to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfaction and performance to KPI’s.
- Proficiency in using Excel, COGNOS, Access, Power BI and other similar tools.
- Prior experience in food industry and/or code sensitive product environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Estimated travel requirements 10% or as needed
