RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing computer hardware requests in our Service Now Ticketing system.
- Managing Distribution Center (DC) stock levels.
- Asset Reconciliation.
- Processing stolen, broken, and lost/missing computer hardware in Service Now.
- Managing computer consumables.
- Managing DC asset disposals for aging and broken equipment.
- Preparing computer hardware for technicians which includes installing Operating System and select software applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical ability, and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory, asset management, hardware support, or ticketing systems preferred.
- Valid driver's license as some driving of a state vehicle may be required to transport or pick up equipment.
