Qualifications
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience
  • Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check
  • Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
  • Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development
  • Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations
  • Review physician orders and update care plans and documentation
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff
  • Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Collaborate with operations and business teams
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
