Job description

Role Overview

The Bilingual Recruiter serves as a key member of PROMAN's Woodridge branch, connecting qualified talent with leading employers across the industrial, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. This role is responsible for supporting the full recruiting and onboarding process, coordinating workforce operations, processing payroll, and delivering exceptional service to clients, employees, and applicants. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping people find meaningful work opportunities.


Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full candidate experience, including applicant intake, screening, onboarding, orientation, testing, and placement support while ensuring all hiring documentation is completed accurately and compliantly.
  • Coordinate daily workforce operations by handling employee dispatch, attendance tracking, call-offs, client requests, assignment updates, and weekly payroll processing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, applicants, and employees by maintaining strong relationships, resolving issues quickly, and clearly communicating job expectations, policies, and safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee, client, and assignment records within Avionté and other internal systems while supporting compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with branch leadership and team members to support staffing goals, client site visits, employee coaching, cross-training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, human resources, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems; Avionté experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with familiarity in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments considered a plus.
