Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health services to assigned clients, including individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on those with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring access to essential linked services.
• Monitor client progress through regular meetings, managing treatment plans effectively to guarantee the delivery of timely and relevant services.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing input that enhances care strategies and improves client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Valid LCSW licensure in the State of Texas.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to document assessments and treatment plans precisely.

Compensation and Benefits

Resilient Roots Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
