QUALITY MEDICAL TRANSPORT is a private, family-owned and operated Medical Transport and 911 Emergency Response provider based in Ocean County, NJ. We pride ourselves on delivering patient-focused, quality care with the highest regard for human dignity and respect.

Benefits & Compensation

Full-Time Pay: Starting at $21.00/hr and up, based on experience

Position Requirements: 
EMT Job Requirements

EMTs must have current, valid NJ EMT-B Certification or NREMT-B.

QUALITY MEDICAL TRANSPORT is offering Full-Time and Per-Diem positions to candidates who meet the following requirements:

Personal Requirements
  1. Must be 18 years or older

  2. Maintain a professional appearance by upholding personal hygiene and uniform standards

  3. Physically capable of lifting, dragging, and carrying patients and equipment up to 125 lbs (250 lbs with a partner); able to kneel, stand, walk, climb stairs, and sit for extended periods

  4. Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from work

  5. Conduct oneself with a positive and respectful demeanor and consistently act as a patient advocate

Documentation Requirements
  1. Valid New Jersey EMT-B certification

  2. Driver’s abstract with limited or no violations in the past five years (required to be considered for driving duties)

  3. No criminal history

Experience
  1. No prior paid EMS experience required

  2. Applicants with additional certifications, associate’s degrees, bachelor’s degrees, or higher are encouraged to share their qualifications, though they are not required
