Pay Scale: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications 

Position Overview:
 We are seeking a dedicated Climbing Arborist Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of skilled arborists, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of tree care tasks.

Job Duties:
What You’ll Do: 

• Tree Climbing: Utilize various climbing systems to perform essential tree care tasks.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team in delivering high-quality arboricultural services.
• Tree Care: Perform pruning, thinning, and deadwood removal; install cables, bracing, and lightning protection; remove hazardous trees.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to crew members through professional development programs.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and operate tools and equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, and aerial lifts.

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking for: 

• A passion for the tree care industry
• Preferred certifications: Pesticide licenses, ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Certified Tree Worker, TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional
