HVAC Apprentice

Location: Minocqua, WI / Lakeland Area

Pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Work on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Support residential and light commercial projects
• Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Help maintain clean, organized job sites
• Develop technical skills through hands-on experience and formal training

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong interest in learning the HVAC trade
• Dependable, motivated, and ready to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in indoor and outdoor environments
