Quality Facility Security

Quality Facility Solutions is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will patrol and secure assigned premises, maintain a safe environment, and manage security operations to protect staff, assets, and patrons. This role requires a professional demeanor and a focus on facility safety and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and conduct foot patrols to prevent theft, violence, and infractions of rules

• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and maximum security

• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations and handle compliance issues professionally

• Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious, unauthorized, or criminal acts

• Report any facility issues including safety hazards, fire hazards, and leaking water pipes

• Request emergency personnel and contact law enforcement for high risk situations

• Provide excellent customer service and concierge assistance to visitors and building staff

Qualifications

• Active Unarmed Security Guard License is required for this position

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, loss prevention, or other related facility services fields

• Familiarity with security equipment, surveillance systems, and patrol procedures

• Ability to handle physical workload including standing and walking for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
